Rettenberg in Germany is a medium sized ski resort with 8 ski lifts that offers skiers an impressive 810 metres (2657 feet) of vertical descent. Rettenberg has 20 kilometers (12 miles) of pistes. Rettenberg is best suited to intermediate skiers and snowboarders but there is some terrain for beginners and advanced skiers. There are 40 kilometers (25 miles) of cross country ski trails at Rettenberg. For snowboarders, there is a terrain park and a half pipe.
