Fanningberg is in the Salzburg region of Austria. It is a small ski resort with five ski lift but it does boast a very impressive 520 metres (1705 feet) of vertical descent.     I don’t really want to write this, as I love the quiet pistes at Fanningberg and don’t want to spoil it. However, I feel it’s only fair that I share how wonderful this small but perfectly formed ski area is. A nice variety of slopes for all of the family, with lovely restaurants and great little ski school. If you want somewhere to feel comfortable, with no queues, and that’s safe for your children to learn, look no further.
